Los Rakas are a Panamanian/American hip hop group from Oakland, California. Their music is a fusion of hip hop, reggae, dancehall mixed with some latin sounds making this good music to jam to. Last year we met these guys as they won the 2010 Latin Alternative Music Conference’s Jack Daniel’s ‘Discovery Artist’ prize in New York City. They have also performed alongside major artists like Damien Marley, Ice Cube, Snoop Dog and Collie Buddz. Here is their latest video “Nunca Cambiaré?”. We are sure there’s lot more to come from these guys.
