Don Omar and Prince Royce were the nights big winners receiving 8 awards each. The night was filled with great performances but the ones that stood out the most to us was Marc Anthony who was actually honored with the Billboard Hall of Fame Award, which celebrates an artistic career that goes beyond musical performance and takes into account his tremendous influence as a global artist in multiple fields. Go Marc!
Another performance was the grand finale of the night, international sensation Michel Teló with his hit “Ai Se Eu Te Pego” which now has 300 million views on youtube… Check it out.
Besides the great performances there was also a name blooper at the red carpet and some awkward moments between Don Omar and Lucenzo. We hope it’s just a misunderstanding and they will keep making hits like “Danza Kuduro”.
