On June 5th we were invited to Urban Latino Magazine’s Annual Music Issue Release Event which included performance by Si*Se and a special photo session with Photographer Shirley Rodriguez. The night at Rooftop 760 began with BET’s Master of the mix, DJ Mell Starr, playing music that made guests dance and forget they were waiting for the night’s headliner, New York based Band, Si*Se. Shirley Rodriguez is also highlighted in the 101st issue and was at the event shooting up-and-coming artists, chosen by Urban Latino, for a chance to be featured in her new book that is set to come out next year.
Si*Se, or as some might call them “The best band of all time”, has a large following here in NY, their hometown, and that was evident on this particular night, the crowd seemed to enjoy every moment.
