The Dominican Day Parade was in full party mode yesterday in NYC and we were there to give you the scoop. Spectators came out to show their pride and enjoy the sounds of Bachata and Merengue as their favorite Dominican musicians performed on the floats that rolled up 6th Avenue. The streets leading toward the last block of the parade seemed to be bursting with people, more than seen in years before on this sunny day in New York. We enjoyed the musical acts that included the likes of Vena who sang on the Daily News‘ float, Andy Andy, Magic Juan, and Crazy Design & Carlitos Way who were on X 96.3‘s float.
